All this time nowhere - In an old local shop in Tranmere formerly a butcher, dressmaker, dry cleaner, cafe and currently a sex shop a reformed junkie presented Jords with an old cat statue and declared him a cat. People came and went, in and out the shop at all hours of the night for weeks on end, it was a long party. Songs were recorded on the fly and in between drinks with guest appearances scattered through the recordings. Featuring Linda Marie Walker [accordion] on ‘your heart still loves will break’, John Hastwell [guitar] on ‘the procession, Luke McKay [bass] on ‘the blackened hearts of desire’, Marco Cicchiani [drums] on ‘leaving the shelter‘ and ‘the procession‘ and Aaron Farrant [drums] on ‘Resting her soul to lay his’, ‘Brett Whitely’, ‘the blackened hearts of desire’, ‘vampires’, ‘you think he don’t know’, ‘myth in my heart‘ and lastly ‘my baby’, I know what a kind chap!!! Thankyou again everyone!!! These recordings then traveled with Jords in his suitcase through many countries around the world on a strict diet of beer dregs, hot chip and only allowed out for 5 minutes exercise per day and under the watchful eye of armed guard. When the recording returned they were near breaking point and ready for mind control manipulation tactics. Taking them to Andy Petrusevics studio in Cowandilla, Jords and Andy spent 4 weeks playing good cop, bad cop with them. They didn’t know what hit them, thanks a heap Andy...
